Description:
Include ozfortress profile links alongside the UGC and ETF2L profile links.

The link to an ozfortress profile is warzone.ozfortress.com/users/steam_id/

If there is no ozfortress profile for that STEAMID64, the site will output an error.

The ozfortress site also has an API if needed. Can provide images etc.
Pros/Cons:
Pros: Links ozfortress accounts to Australian TF2C players.

Cons: Layout on TF2C profiles may be cluttered.
