I think that a player should have to be explicitly named in an ban request for a no off-classing lobby for the punishment to take effect.

I saw that stabby was banned even though he was not directly reported for off-classing. In my experience, late-night lobbies can get a little silly, and tend to have these wacky games play out. It just happens, and if someone is gonna tattle-tale on a game where nearly everyone broke the rules, they should be forced to name everyone.

Furthermore, I believe, (but unable to verify), that most of bans came from brightly's ban crew, and some should be rescinded.
