1) Move Page numbers to the right, as in formatted to the right side of the page underneath the bottom comment - looks better aesthetically and more people are used to it

stop locking ban threads - people can't defend themselves because not everybody checks the forum immediately after getting banned
Pros/Cons:
1) Better aesthetic and easier to find
2) Allows people to defend themselves
