1: Why does it seem that all European lobbies are not mumble-required and all North American lobbies are always mumble-required? (I live in the USA and am not interested in talking on the mic.)

2: How do you leave a lobby without getting a punishment if there is a way?

3: What is with the lack of lobbies because I remember seeing this site a long time ago with 5-6 lobbies up?

1. Lobbies are mumble required because the lobby leaders choose them to be. I guess people in america like to talk more in mumble than europeans, its not a forced situation, its just region preference,

2. If you get !repped in a lobby by either leaving earlier, because you did so yourself or other players !repped you, you always get at least 30 minutes cooldown. Please read the rules regarding this situation: https://tf2center.com/rules#6_2

3. Maybe less players bothering to open lobbies? Maybe you just noticed during a time of day when its normal to have less players online. Consider opening lobbies yourself.
