Because let's not kid ourselves, You cant say you're playing comp tf2 if you dont know the uber percentages, who's holding the flank, when is someone sacking and many, many more. Without communication, It's just a dm server with a bunch of capture points and 30 minutes time limit.
I'd suggest to make a new achievement, for “the number of mumble required lobbies played”. Also I feel like adding an option in the lobby creation section for people to be able to give their teammates performance a grade, between 1 to 5 points ( 5 being the highest ) would help. You can benefit from this for people who apply for playing advanced lobbies (if it’s still a thing).
+ Easier to help newcomers to learn the structure of playing tf2 competitively.
+ Better lobby experience overall.
- Some may troll, or abuse the feedback option which produces more tickets and work for admins!
