Description:
I played my first game just a while ago, and this guy kept spamming !rep on me just because I was doing bad. Like ffs, it's my first time ever in competetive tf2 opposed to pubs, which I dominate. He tried to kick me.
Pros/Cons:
PROS:
-Prevents false banning
-Prevents false reporting
-Prevents spam
CONS:
-People who !rep for good but nobody agrees with will be at a disadvantage

The system currently requires 4 unique votes (!rep); we believe that is the perfect balance between individual spam and getting rid of trolls. In your case, it's more the community's fault than TF2C's; I would advise you to play Mumble-required Lobbies and ask players to help you by explaining concepts, telling you where to go, what to do, etc... That's the only way to get better, unless you already have a friend that plays in prem or something ;-)
