So, I requested a unban like three days ago and I still have not got an answer, and no it was not a silly request as it had all the info needed to unban me and I do understand you are not going to be online and reviewing 24/7 but at least spare an hour every day or two.

So my suggestion is make reviewing unban requests quicker, missed out on 3 quality days of lobbying.
Pros/Cons:
Pros:
- People will get less mad
- Won't make people miss out on quality lobby days (especially the weekends)

Cons:
- People will have to be online and reviewing more frequently.

You need to be very careful here; there is nothing wrong with our unban procedure and you know it.
