My new idea/suggestion is to have some of these rules which make an exception to the rcon kick rule.

So the rules would be:

If people counter jump the leader has to warn the player who counter jumped if it's making the game unbalanced or not enjoyable and then he can be rcon kicked

Next is that if someone stands on hoop to block the capture of the intel and the same applies about the warning and next time he does he can be rcon kicked.

Gives a better and more enjoyable game to play
Cons:
May restrict some peoples playstyles

I don't think rcon kicking is a solution to anything. You should talk to each other instead of using your hammer to kick somebody...
