Lobby creation
Description:
Balancing is a feature that improves the lobby istself so much, it should definatley be for all since the very big majority has not donated.
Pros/Cons:
Pros: Better overall lobbies

Cons: TF2C gets less money (no cons basically but i can understand if you need the donate income)
