I have had issues with being harassed by individuals in lobbies repeatedly, and it would be helpful to be able to block them from lobby chat.
Pros/Cons:
Pro: Stop Harrassment
Con: Slow discussion in chat maybe?

I think since you're playing games on the Internet, you need to grow a thicker skin. If you still feel you're being targeted, make sure you file a report along with all evidence (screenshots, etc...) and we will deal with it.
