Description:
Stacking lobbies is a thing that's been going on for quite a while and it's reached a point where, a lot of the time, people stack them on purpose just to avoid any chance of losing. Worst of all, a huge portion of the community shares this mindset. There's just no balance to the lobbies at all and more often than not you have at least 1 gold or platinum player with 6000 hours and 2000 lobbies who greatly carries the rest of the team and in turn grinds the other team into a pulp.
The devs already proved it to be somewhat possible to balance games with AL. But, of course, it's a donor only feature. (Honestly how hard is it to compare hours played and lobbies to reach a middle ground where the teams don't have a few shining apples with rotten tomatoes, but instead are all decent players?)

IMO the features offered by AL aren't worth it for a donation. Even if it's somewhat small. The way I see it is that it should be done as an upgrade to regular lobbies rather than a specific "Pay for a fair game (to some extent)" which should be free just like the game and the services on the website.

People don't get premium because there are barely any players making AL, which then proceeds to turn down potential donors as they see that very thing and decide not to buy it because nobody uses it. Having a <500 players per day for most of the time just shows what a small community this is for such a premium feature to be able to exist and survive.

Instead incorporate the idea and function into the core lobbies and ask for donations later. I'm sure people would rather donate to help a working, balanced and good website running, rather than cough up money for a privilege to use something a big chunk of the community doesn't use or have access to, or in simpler terms: People don't wan't pay for something that should be free.

Pros/Cons:
+Balanced games
+Less ragequits
+People would enjoy this website a lot more
-You get less money from donations.
-I don't know really.
