Lobby creation
Description:
add an option to swap players in the same position (class and roll) once the lobby starts.

teams can end up stacked if a good medic or notable player joins, causing the lobby to take longer to fill and be one sided

typically during certain hours of the day different skill levels of players are online
Pros/Cons:
pros: allows high and lower level players to play together without the hours/games restriction scaring people away.

cons: being optional I cant imagine any cons
