Implement A System Where The Team Subs Someone out Instead of Reporting Them

Less People Will Get Cooldowns so more people can play tf2 center

Will Encourage People to try diffrent classes so if they arent having a good game they wont be punished

New PLayers will no longer be punished for being "Nooby" And Being new to comp

Cons:
Lobbys Will Now Require The TF2C Bot Will Now be the only way to rep people
