I can't log in? I have 500 hours, made my profile public, and cleared cache but It tells me I don't meet the hour requirements.  Capture.PNG   61.68KB   0 downloads

I'm attempting to log in, but the client claims that (despite my obvious 915 hours played) that I don't meet the minimum of 500.

 

I do have a VAC, but it's for a different game.

I have fixed my issue. To my annoyance, my game data was set to "private" for reasons beyond my knowledge.

I don't have any bans, I am level 9 on steam but I can't login, the client claims that I don't have at least 500 hours although I have ~1050

I have a VAC ban for an unrelated, non-source and non-tf2 game. This is the error I get during verification:
