Description:
Howdy folks! I've been banned for a period of time on TF2C and unable to see what upgrades you brought in recently. The one that caught my eye for the second time is of course, the ban for self reporting.
I don't get one idea and I have to ask about it: How are you able to check if I reported myself for *%reason* instead of trolling? Or vice-versa. I reported myself few days ago when I was in a 6s game, for having lag in my game, which did it impossible for me to play it.
The second time I get banned is today, for the same reasons. I'm laggy, I'm unable to play it, I report myself (after I let the other players what issues I have) then leave. It's not like I'm trolling/griefing, not respecting game's meta etc. it's just my own problem which doesn't me allow to play further.
With that said, I really wish you could correct the ban monitor. You should give a cooldown for those who've been reported by their teammates/other players and if it's about self-reporting, you should give it a short cooldown (max. 1 hour) if it leaves before the half time of the entire match, or somewhere there.
It's not easy to cope with this feeling of waiting because I might be in the mood, I might have some adrenaline pumping through my veins and I really want to play some tee eff two. Something really bad happens and makes me incapable of playing.

Please review the ban monitor, it looks a bit hasty in my opinion.

Thanks for your time! Cheers!

Pros/Cons:
Less people angry giving up on playing TFC2.
Shorter headache for admins who are taking care of ban sections.
You give more control to the players who want to punish/revenge on trolling people who just leave the game.

It doesn't matter if you have personal PC problems. That is the punishment you have to take, try and fix your computer in the mean time. Recently, the cooldown system has been revised and updated, and cooldowns have been shortened. Thanks for the suggestion.

It's been fun, thanks for the ride.
