We actually have no idea why players are getting repped, especially if they don't leave a reason in chat. Then we are forced to check demo to see if they are doing anything wrong etc.
I've forgot if TF2Center uses a Sourcemod plugin or something, but why don't we have a popup selection similar to the image below for the player that first initiates a !rep.

Then the player must select the reason for repping this player before the rep is started, and we can easily track off that. But then again, not sure if Sourcemod is on every server.
If we can make the use of these selection popups, !rep for other players supporting the rep can be made easier instead of typing "!rep our engineer" etc. and wasting time ingame.

Other idea is to disable !rep in team chat. It doesn't show up on logs.tf chat so we have to manually download the log to look for it.

Easier to track reason for !rep
Player's don't have to type when supporting a rep if a vote has been initiated
Cons:
Takes time to implement
Will use Sourcemod, which not all servers may support.
