I donated €1for some reason I do not recall why. I realised i had to donate €5 for perks so i donated another €4 as €1+€4=€5 But i got no perks i thought this would be how it works as i have donated €5 in total. I would like the perks as a desire the perks thank you!

You basically donated to PayPal: they take more transaction costs in this case, resulting in TF2C getting less. Should have though of that before you were fucking around...
