Hey, I've got a friend that has been region locked out. I know he full Australian and I've played many lobbies with him with no problem, so this issue only started recently.

Turns out, 2 other alts have been connected to his account, and they are from the US, which explains the region lock so he can't join AU lobbies. I'm pretty sure he doesn't have alts like that.

Region lock is not alt-related. He should talk to Cloudflare: why is he declared non-AU/NZ?

perhaps because his profile is private we might not be able to pull a region for him? Just a thought.

Regions are not pulled like that. They are resolved through cloudflare.

Probably would help if he wasnt logging in with a VPN . His Ip resolves to Digital Ocean which has USA servers and some VPN companys use them.

He's claimed he hasn't changed anything lately. I'm getting him to add Cookie to try and resolve this.
