My steam name is "absolutely fagged." I was banned for my name being derogatory. I need someone to please tell me how "fagged" has ever been derogatory and not an English word meaning extremely tired; exhausted. I talked to TUNE earlier and he told me that the problem is context, albeit never gave any. I can see how he thinks "fag" is derogatory--and he is correct--but "fagged" is an adjective, not a noun.

There are other definitions of that word.  The primary one is a pejorative term.  And I think you know that.

 

Our very first published rule is:

 

1.1 Offensive names

Names that have potential to cause offense to other players, including but not limited to: general derogatory language, directed derogation, discrimination, sexual language, or are generally disrespectful.
