TF2Center has introduced a way to request valuable help through our community, in order to fix and resolve problems that may prevent players from having a fun and enjoyable experience on our site. Please note that staff are not a 24/7 online help desk, therefore we can't guarantee to solve your problem immediately. Additionally, although we will try to solve it to the best of our knowledge, some issues may be out of our scope.


Tag system

  • Completed: The support form has been has been answered and solved.
  • Declined: The support form has been rejected as it is deemed unfixable or out of our control.
  • In progress: The support form has been acknowledged and the staff are working on a solution.
  • Pending User Response: The support form is awaiting a reply from the user.
  • Under review: The support form is currently is pending response from a staff member or community member.

Please note: This support forum only offers help to TF2Center related issues. Please refer to the official Steam forums for issues outside of our control: https://help.steampowered.com/en/
