Superthread: Mumbility / mumble ban related issues

I got mumbility points from this lobby: http://tf2center.com/lobbies/323992 , but I DID join mumble, I always do. I subbed blu soldier, but the match ended roughly 15 seconds after I joined the team.
Can the mumbility points be removed? or should I just wait for the cooldown?

SOOOO, I've had three games of this, and I've used Mumble in two of them. Yet, Lobbies that require verified mumble (I have mumble!!) wont let me verify. Its told me to try again, and I have. I've redownloaded it time and time again, yet it still doesn't work. If I can have some further information on this subject, I'd be happy to have it.

Just got a mumble ban this morning when playing...  I was 100% in mumble the entire time, and the icon was green.

I seem to be permanently Mumble banned, and when I try to verify I get "Verification failed".

I join Mumble every time.

Please help.

I'm not sure how you could know this account is an alt, nor why that is against the rules. Please explain.

I fixed a bug in our system regarding alternative IPs and restored your Mumbility.

I keep getting banned from Mumble, despite always showing up every lobby. The most recent one from today is a whole 7 days long.

It seems the prior ban was lifted, but I played another Mumble lobby and got banned right away again :/

btw, I am using a proxy for Mumble--could that be a problem? For some reason I can't connect to Mumble at all without it--I get "Connection Timed Out" otherwise.

The IPs have to be a match. So either use the same proxy for the site and mumble, or don't use one at all. Either way should fix this issue.

The problem is that my IP is blocked by your Mumble server.

Anyway, I'm trying to figure out how to get Chrome to use a proxy...hopefully that will fix it. Could I have my Mumbility ban lifted, please?

Sure, here's the proxy I'm using now:

142.54.186.109:1080

I've set up Firefox to use the same one, so hopefully this will resolve the issue.

I have no idea why I'd be blocked. I can only assume it's malicious...comes with being "e-famous" :/ The only other explanation I can think of is that my ISP has the ports blocked for some odd reason, but this happened suddenly a few months ago. It's not just tf2center, unfortunately, but many many Mumbles.

Well, nothing I can do at this point. I suggest you get a VPN to route all traffic, including FireFox and Mumble...
