Continuously makes process highlander lobbies that take hours to fill if they fill at all. Not only are cp_process highlander lobbies unfun, but they take a long time to fill, and they take up space that could be used for a map that will fill.
When called out for this, he bans those players from his lobby if they join it.
I think this gamer should be restricted from making lobbies.
