purposely avoided healing me during round 0-4 of that lobby , I tried asking him to heal he said no , and I warned him that I will report him if he doesn't heal me, he still refused , I think that this is very unethical and not fair play.

It's just a single round and like 2 minutes of time, not enough for a ban.
