Auto Monitor reminder

Had a 2 minute update for my TF2, and I have my updates set to only when I open the game. So I was kicked from the lobby and banned from joining lobbies all because I didn't update my game.

I would suggest something along the lines of creating a popup reminder (that can be disabled) to update the game and remind us that the auto monitor doesn't have any mercy for us.
It doesn't exactly have to be a bothersome popup, just something colorful that catches the eye and reminds the players.

Pros:
Less lvl 0 bans on players who forget to update the game.

Helps keep slots secure so that there isn't a chance someone will be reported and then substituted 10 minutes after the kick occurs.

An annoying popup (But could be just a small text somewhere in the main menu with the lobbies)

Thank God, a level 0 cooldown is only 30 minutes; so minimal impact ;-)
