What is with this ban?

so i got banned from tf2center last month and i dont know what it was for. mainly because may ban wasn't put in the forms and i had no barley an idea of what it was about.. i assumed it was for me leaving while a game was queuing up. so i put my unban request in the designated form and about a week later the admin Nrd. responded to it. its been a month and i still cant view the post i made nor can i find the ban i received in the ban forms. if this is a bug pls fix, if it isnt than pls help me.
