When a lobby closed because of to many subs it is not right to give a cooldown to players who cant join because the server is outdated. Thats happends 2 times now. Once when there was an update for tf2. Second time happends on the lobby described.
That server was a serveme.tf server. I know you can close it but first time it was not my lobby so you cant.
