For example the sv_password changed preventing people from being able to connect and ended up banning them

We already have such systems in place. What do you want to happen when this is detected?

Situations like this have been happening alot, in which either lobby crashes or server reservation is ended but the lobby is not closed, ending up in excessive subs because users can't connect, leading to a couple of players getting higher cooldowns and bans, and therefore whinning in the main chat

We already have such systems in place. What do you want to happen when this is detected?

Please make it so the people who are autorep'd due to this occurring are not banned  :D
