Make and option on server creating windows named "Auto balance". When people join lobby, they don`t select team , but just take a slot i.e. 4 scouts,4 sollies,2 demo,2 meds. When everybody are ready, website auto assign players to teams according to lobbies/hours plied.

How would this work? There a lot of high level players that don't play tf2 or lobbies a lot. Also, someone could have high hours and lobbies but they may be awful at the game. Not only to mention lobbies are casual in their current state, and i know it isn't fun to play a lobby where you get rolled, but there is no reliable system to detect skill level

This is how my mixes worked. They can't do it here because it would be a totally different interface.

If its a different interface, how will it possibly work

It can easily work by getting this sorting by "skill" or hours/lobbies out of everyones head.  Just randomly assign the teams.  Yes it can still be a stack, but it will avoid intentional stacks and it will more than likely make rolls less common and at the very least will certainly not make them more common.

If it doesn't prevent stacking, then its useless. The title of the thread says stacking. And you can't figure out a certain players skill, this is useless. They maybe in UGC Platinum or ETF2L Prem, but do they have good DM, or good calling? And how will randomizing work? Not saying this is a bad theory, but its bad when you think of the minute details? Are they on each others friendslist? How will this work

Still doesn't backup that lobbies arent supposed to be serious. Stacks will happen, stacks will always happen and you can never fully prevent them. Advanced lobbies like fraac said is. I don't think lobbies are supposed to be where you go full tryhard. This means the anti-stacking system by "randomizing" won't be fun for any of us, because we don't get to play with the people we want to play with.

Lobbies are not supposed to be serious?  Well with that kind of attitude it doesn't sound like advanced lobbies are for you.  Honestly people with your kind of "it's only a lobby so who cares?" attitude are one of the biggest problems with an otherwise good site.  There is no reason to not want to play a competitive game.  Yes we can all do that in scrims and matches but some of us like to have fun games more often than that and if you don't want to take things seriously why not just go to a pub?

Yes, stacks will happen and not one is claiming that this will prevent 100% of them (in fact I even stated that it wouldn't) this will however make them less likely and make it impossible for people to intentionally stack.  Just because 100% of the stacks can't be eliminated doesn't mean nothing should be done about it.  Seat-belts can prevent deaths in car accidents, but not 100% of them so by your logic it sounds like you are in favor or not having any seat-belts in cars at all since they won't save 100% of the people involved in accidents.

If you are lobbying with your friend an join a "randomized" lobby you actually would still get to play with them, just not necessarily on the same team.  Personally I enjoy playing against people I know.  Fortunately if you absolutely have to play on the same team as your friend then you would always have the option of joining a different lobby since No one is suggesting making all lobbies random but rather making it an option for the lobby creators.

Get some friends to play with. I lobby pretty much all of my free time and I almost only play with friends.

I'm bumping this because Advanced Lobbies won't solve it. One of the reasons I play lobbies is so I don't have to join Mumble, they take less energy than mixes, but I would still like them to be balanced. A randomiser button for all lobbies, not just advanced ones, would be good.
