4.5 Inappropriate behaviour & offclassing
"If a player is found to be spending more than 40% of the lobby as an offclass for any reason they will be in consideration for a ban."
Pyro for 19:58/30:00 = 66% = >40%

My mistake. Logs recorded him playing sniper after he disconnected. He played the majority of his time there as scout(the class he signed up for)
On another note if you are leaving please try to rep yourself to make it easier for your team
