Person used sniper only for an entire lobby. Player never switched off of it.

As you may be able to tell from the logs: http://logs.tf/1083224, this person who had signed up for scout broke the 40% offclassing mark, and in fact didn't play their class the entire game, and was on sniper the entire game. They did do well on sniper, but as the rules state, they needed to have stuck with the 6v6 competitive format, which they did not.

Although the player passed 40%, Product is a map that favors a good sniper, and if played correctly can be more effective than any other class. I don't consider this inappropriate offclassing.
